I’ve had a great experience at HFC. Dr. Cherine takes the time to really listen and explain what’s going on before jumping into treatment, which I appreciate. The adjustments have made a noticeable difference, and the whole office has a friendly, welcoming vibe — front desk staff are always helpful with scheduling and insurance questions too. Since I started coming to this wonderful place, I've never had any more pain. All of the ladies that work upfront are the best! Always so welcoming & friendly. Dr. Cherine is AMAZING! They took X-rays & variety of scans to show what treatment plan best fits me. I have been dealing with back issues most of my life. I have scoliosis and developed spinal stenosis later in life. I was hesitant to go to a chiropractor but after talking with Dr. Turner I decided to give them a try.
I was really impressed with the initial evaluation. It was very thorough and used equipment I have never seen. Then they reviewed the findings with me and discussed treatments.
The office is welcoming and everyone who works there is very nice and accommodating.
I would highly recommend this practice.

Cannot express our gratitude and up most appreciation and respect for this business!
On our honeymoon, out of towners, my husband was experiencing some massive pinched nerve issues and slight pains. They took us as in as an emergency situation, same day, and they were all the most kindest type of people you could ever meet! Very helpful, and they were able to see him for his initial visit, and also set up two more sessions to help his urgent situation! So thankful for them all!! 🙏

Just like most of clients here at Health First Chiropractic, I came looking for help. I found it. Doctor Cherine and her team are extremely helpful- you are greeted by your first name upon entry, which makes your experience at the office pleasant. The doctor herself is professional and knowledgeable. Atmosphere in the waiting room is family-like. I strongly recommend this practice if you have any issues and are in need of a chiropractor. Treatment plans are strictly personal and doctor has your info and images in front of her, so it’s not just cracking of the bones- it’s adjusting with the goal of helping your body to re-train itself in mind. I was recommended this chiropractor with high regards. I scheduled and my first impression was how immaculate the office was. It looks more like a relaxing salon than a medical office. The staff is top notch from the front door to the back offices. The assessment is comprehensive and the equipment is top notch. They will not just arbitrarily push and pull on you, they will diagnose your issue and work a plan towards a goal. I often use a training example to tell my employees that they can probably best tell me how to tie their own shoes. But Dr. Cherine Reid not only showed me how to best tie my own shoes; she actually sat in the floor and demonstrated it to me. Now that's what I call servant style leadership. And that is the level of care I think you can come to expect if you choose this office.

Dr. Cherine is amazing! She definitely has helped change my life and my parents. She is so loving and passionate. I love her natural approach to the body as a whole and love for educating everyone. Her staff is just as a amazing! It feels like a welcoming family gathering when you come through the doors. I drive an hour to see them, because of how wonderful their practice is.

Love love love Dr. Cherine and her staff. I had a nasty fall a few years ago and Dr. Cherine was a big part of my healing. I also have an ankle replacement which causes continual challenges. I heard wonderful things about this place from friends and family. Having chronic back problems and 3 surgeries over the last 16 years, I was very skeptical at first. I am thoroughly happy to note that after going there 3 times a week, for several weeks, I have actually noticed a measurable decrease in my chronic back pain. Color me impressed!! I'd definitely recommend other people give this Chiropractor an honest try after seeing the improvements it's done for me.

I found HFC via social media one evening while contemplating if I would need another surgery for a chronic back condition. In my mind, I had an idea of what my body was asking for, but no idea how to accomplish it. I clicked the button and so began a surprisingly wonderful journey. I didn't even know how much the initial assessment cost when I first came in to the office! I walked in to a very friendly, welcoming administrative team. The office is open, light and inviting. My first couple of visits, which were the assessment and the "pitch", were professional AND personable AND educational. They manage to be convincing without guilt or other pressure. It is more than clear that the desire is wellness and improved wellness for everyone who comes through the doors.
Dr. Cherine is an intentional, thoughtful, friendly chiropractor. My Xrays are up before each adjustment! That level of personalized care is rare. My first few adjustments were.a.beast. I was indeed sore, but I could tell a near immediate difference. THE DECOMPRESSION TABLE is a game-changer. I know without a doubt that it, combined with Dr. Cherine's approach has led me to improved health outcomes. I keep laughingly telling people I have not been so conscious of my posture since I was in the military!🫡 But I am. I am standing and sitting for longer periods of time with no pain. I am motivated to work toward a healthier me.
They also model the lifestyle that they are inviting you into, not just through Dr. Cherine's health coaching but also healthy living reminders throughout the office, lemon water, healthy snacks and supplements. Most important, they practice intentional rest quarterly. I was so impressed!
The cherry on top is their intentionality to pronounce my name correctly. 😭
I highly recommend HFC and I am so glad I clicked that button! 💚

Wow, so many words to describe Health First Chiro, welcoming, cutting edge, helpful, compassionate and professional. It’s not your plain Chiro office, it’s bright and inviting with vibrant art work. That’s not the best part though, it’s the folks who work there who bring their best daily to make a difference for everyone, Christiana, Erica, Sarah, Dr Cheine and Dr Turner.
They will treat you like a celebrity complete with the BEST lemon water and clementines. Dr Cheine is a young, WISE chiropractor who thoroughly explains the purpose of every part of your adjustment. I’ve been a patient at Health First Chiropractic for several months now, and I can’t say enough good things about this practice. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and exceptionally efficient. Appointment scheduling is a breeze, and I’ve never once felt rushed or overlooked.

Dr. Turner is a true professional—personable, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He takes the time to thoroughly explain each adjustment and tailor treatment plans to my specific needs. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.

Dr. Cherine and her staff have been wonderful. I had two surgeons recommend spinal fusion surgery after a failed discectomy. My mom recommended be originally to Dr. Cherine. Since day one Dr. Cherine and all staff since day one have treated me like family. The office is fabulously designed! Not only was I very impressed by the diagnostic comprehensive exams they did (that other chiropractors don’t do) but I love the time they tooth with me and how
